Our shopping cart page will take you to a secure payments page where you will be asked to make a small deposit payment before your order with us is confirmed. The payments page accepts all major debit and credit cards. Bullion prices will be held for 5 minutes, allowing you sufficient time to make the deposit payment.
Our new deposit payments system aims to assure both customers a nd ourselves that trades placed with us are confirmed deals. In the unlikely event that the item(s) you order become unavailable you will be offered alternative items or a full refund of your deposit.

We no longer accept over the counter retail customers at our premises in Beckton (E6) or our Hatton Garden office (EC1N). However we have a number of associates offering our bars and coins over the counter throughout the UK so please check our website for up to date listings. In London TTT Moneycorp (Knightsbridge SW1X 9LA tel: 020 7823 7000) and City Forex (EC3V 4QT tel: 020 7621 0090) sell our bars and some coins over the counter. Call them for more information.

To avoid postal delays goldline purchasers are advised to make BACS or CHAPS payments, sellers are advised to provide us with their bank details to receive payment by bank transfer.
